Joe Fu is the CEO of UnitedHealthcare Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid. Joe joined UnitedHealthcare in 2018 to lead strategic initiatives in complex care and digital health innovation for Medicaid health plans nationwide. Prior to this, Joe served in health policy leadership roles in state and federal government and founded a coalition that successfully advocated for the reinstatement of Arizona's Children's Health Insurance Program. Joe holds a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University and a master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University.
