• Provider onboarding, ongoing online training, and monthly behavioral health specific training available through our provider portal
• Provider advocacy tools
• Continued Education Unit (CEU) trainings available through Optum Health Education (OHE)
• Provider forums

Our service model allows providers to focus on what is truly important: Member engagement and care.

• The provider service line is available to answer questions and help resolve your concerns
• Our provider advocates provide education, training, and support
• We use feedback from our providers to improve our processes and the provider experience
