Blair is the Chief Executive Officer of the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Pennsylvania. He has been with the Community Plan of Pennsylvania for 12 years, most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, Blair was the Chief Financial Officer and has held several other financial and operational management roles at UnitedHealth Group including, director of financial systems, manager data analysis and manager of financial analysis.
