Jaycee Jones is Associate Director of Policy, Complex Care at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Jaycee was a Research Consultant at The Lewin Group/OptumServe Consulting where she helped lead consulting projects focused on improving home and community-based services for individuals with I/DD; performance measurement of Head Start grantees; and providing better care for individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid. Jaycee received her Bachelor's of Science in Political Science and Masters of Public Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
