Monica is a clinician and health leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare delivery, start-ups and payers in the US and internationally. She is the leader of the C&S Solutioning team, where she leads a team that develops member-first, compelling solutions for existing and greenfield markets. Before joining C&S, she led commercial growth at ModivCare, after ModivCare's acquisiton of Circulation, where she was the Head of Growth and Partnerships. A few of her other leadership roles include leading Urgent Care and telehealth deployment for Mass General Brigham as well as Rural Health access strategies in Mexico. Monica is an adjunct faculty member at the Harvard School of Public Health, where she received her Masters in Public Health. She received her Medical Degree from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in her native Mexico.
