Care that goes beyond coverage: Alexis’ story

When Alexis learned she was pregnant and high-risk, her UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Nebraska care coordinator, Lisa, was there every step of the way. From a breast pump delivered to her hospital room to arranging healthy meals at home, Lisa made sure Alexis had the support she needed to manage her high-risk pregnancy.
