
Christina Pechette is a director of population health strategy within the Clinical Strategy team at UnitedHealthcare Community & State. The population health strategy team collaborates with leaders and teams across UnitedHealthcare to drive greater impact and effectiveness, changing the way C&S works to improve population-level health outcomes and equity for UnitedHealthcare Medicaid members nationwide. In her role, Christina leads the design and architecture of Community & State’s national population health model. She also partners closely with Community & State health plans in the Central region to support implementation and improvement. Christina has been a thought leader in population health and equity with C&S for over 4 years. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Christina held positions in community health, program management and evaluation, and development at academic and human service nonprofits. She holds a Master of Public Health in social epidemiology and behavioral sciences from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
