Laura Kalies, MBA, has focused on helping people throughout her 20 year career in healthcare. As Associate Director for Clinical Strategy & Capabilities her current role focuses on national strategies and operations for disease management as well as strategic partnerships. Throughout her tenure at UHC Laura's roles have focused on serving the most vulnerable populations with a focus on solutions to drive better health outcomes. Roles have included clinical strategy and capabilities, national program operations and implementation, social determinants of health and financial wellness, marketing and product management. Prior to UHC Laura worked as a consultant leading accounts for fortune 500 companies in the health and sciences industries as well as association management of esteemed medical associations. Laura has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and a BA from St. Norbert College in Wisconsin.
