Patrick Gordon is the Chief Executive Officer for the Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP) based in Colorado. As a senior executive within a nationally recognized community health plan, Patrick created and executed RMHP's successful global budget and payment reform program for Colorado Medicaid. Patrick earned a Bachelor of History, Philosophy from Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Masters of Health Policy & Economics from the University of Colorado.
