As the Maternal Child Health Program Coordinator at UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Wisconsin, Drew Gaddis leads the Healthy First Steps Maternity and NICU care management team. This passionate and hardworking group of care managers is responsible for helping to make every member pregnancy and delivery experience as healthy and safe as possible. Drew strives to enhance Healthy First Steps program effectiveness, strengthen relationships with community partners, and increase local awareness of available maternity programming and services. Drew graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Scandinavian Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Washington University. Drew has a background in antepartum, labor & delivery, postpartum and newborn nursing and also worked as a residential program behavioral health nurse. She began her UnitedHealthcare career as a maternity case manager on the same team that she now leads. Drew has always loved all things maternity and baby-related and takes on her role with a passion.
