Dr. Joseph Byonanebye (Dr. B) currently serves as a Health Equity Consultant at UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Wisconsin. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, Dr. Byonanebye was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Public Health and directed health equity initiatives at Marquette University. He has served on the Uganda National Diseases Outbreaks Task Force where he helped to address Ebola and Anthrax outbreaks. Dr. Byonanebye obtained a PhD in Public and Community Health from the Medical College of Wisconsin and a Master of Public Health from St. George's University.
