Jean Kalbacher is the Chief Executive Officer for the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Arizona. Prior to this role, Jean served as Regional CFO for the C&S West Region and has held various CFO positions since joining UnitedHealth Group in 2008. Jean has been deeply engaged in rate advocacy, value-based contracting and affordability across all the markets in the West. She is a CPA with over 25 years of health care experience
